Action Learning Sets

Action learning is based upon the concept of learning by reflection on a previous experience. Originated by Reg Revans, it is based on the idea that there is no learning without action and no action without learning.

We can facilitate formal action learning sets for groups of people who wish to tackle work based issues through sharing and learning off others. In addition we can also train leaders, managers, peer groups to facilitate their own action learning sets.
